RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To request a return, contact us at arteonshop.suporte@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued within 5 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send photos/video to arteonshop.suporte@gmail.com within 30 days, we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
