30-DAY RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask to return it within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email kelvostore.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is sent within 5 business days to the payment method you used. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us photos or a short video within 30 days. We will replace it or refund you, and you do not pay for return postage.
